Subject area: Danger of Electricity in a Culinaric Demonstration
Process: The following four steps will be learned and done by each participant:

  1.  A short theoretical input about the impact of electric current on biological (and human) tissue
  2. Feel the influence of high voltage on a muscle with a harmless high voltage source
  3. Grill a sausage (as an example of a biological tissue) with electricity
  4. Eat the sausage with mustard and ketchup
